Conscious Living undertakes that all financial information obtained from our customers is protected by E-Way our Third Party Payment Gateway.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conscious Living\u2019s policy in regard to the purchase of tickets to seminars, workshops, expos, conferences and events is that all tickets are non refundable.<\/p>\n

Our policy in regard to products – books, CDs, DVDs and other products in the event that they are found to be faulty or not to have been delivered any monies that have been paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Our policy in regard to advertising services and exhibition booth payments is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the\u00a0 contract that has been agreed to by the purchaser.<\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions pertaining to Exhibition Space<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

CONSCIOUS LIVING EXPO GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/p>\n

This agreement is made on the date specified\u00a0 between \u201cConscious Living Co-Creations
\nPty Ltd ATF the PH T Trust\u201d herein called the \u201cOrganiser\u201d and the person or Company referred
\nto as the Exhibitor overleaf and herein called the \u201cExhibitor\u201d, whereas:
\nThe Organiser proposes to promote and conduct an Exhibition as described\u00a0 and whereas the
\nExhibitor has applied to the Organiser for space on the terms hereinafter contained.<\/p>\n

Now this agreement witnesseth as follows:<\/p>\n

The Exhibitor agrees to be bound by the Organiser’s terms and conditions as stated below and
\nunderstands that in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor any advance payments are non
\nrefundable.<\/p>\n

Now this agreement witnesseth as follows
\n1. In this agreement the word \u201cExhibitor\u201d shall mean and include and Exhibitor and his, hers or
\nits successors and permitted assignees.
\n2. The Exhibitor hereby agrees with the Organiser to take and occupy during the course of the
\nExhibition the space specified overleaf.
\n3. The Exhibitor hereby agrees that none of the rights and benefits granted to it hereunder shall be
\ncapable of assignment and that it will not, without the written consent of the Organiser first
\nobtained, allow other persons or Company to occupy any parts of the space taken by the Exhibitor
\npursuant to this agreement.
\n4. The Exhibitor will pay to the Organiser the total amount in the manner set out . In the
\nevent of cancellation within 30 days prior to the Exhibition date the Exhibitor agrees to pay the
\nfull amount of the contracted space.
\n5. The Exhibitor agrees to be bound by the conditions set out in the \u201cConditions Applying to the
\nExhibition Order\u201d which appear below.
\n6. The Organiser hereby agrees with the Exhibitor that subject to conditions set out in the
\n\u201cConditions Applying to the Exhibition Order\u201d it will make the space referred to overleaf or other
\nspace as decided by the Organiser available to the Exhibitor during the course of the Exhibition.<\/p>\n

CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE EXHIBITION ORDER
\n1. The Exhibitor will be responsible for any damage to the walls or the floor of the building as
\nmay be occupied by the Exhibitor and will reinstate such damage to the satisfaction of the
\nOrganiser.
\n2. The Exhibitor will be responsible for any loss or damage to the display booth, partitions,
\nelectrical fittings,and spotlights provided for the Exhibitor and will reinstate such damage to the
\nsatisfaction of the Organiser.
\n3. Food Exhibitors must comply with all local \u201cHealth Rules and Regulations\u201d. Failure to comply
\nmay result in the Exhibitor\u2019s stand being closed, expenses incurred to be paid for by the exhibitor.
\nAll Food Exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of their stands, food area and the kitchen
\narea. Failure to do may result in additional charges.
\n4. The Exhibitor will comply with all rules and regulations of the authority having control over
\nthe building.
\n5. The Organiser may, in the event of circumstances which render it necessary, alter the location
\nof the stand allocated to the Exhibitor and the Exhibitor will accept any re-allocation of space.
\n6. The Organiser may postpone or amend the time for the holding of the Exhibition to such time
\nwhich in the opinion of the Organiser is more suitable for the Exhibition and will not be liable for
\nany loss occasioned thereby provided that this right will be exercised only where circumstances
\narise to make it necessary.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
